Performance
WWF is providing various services in the areas of housing, health and education to the industrial workers and financial assistance is also being extended in the form of death grant, marriage grant and scholarships.
Housing Sector
114 housing schemes completed, whereas 26 schemes are ongoing. 31 schemes of the development of plots have been completed. More than 60,000 workers have been benefited through these schemes.
Education Sector
117 schools established, whereas 6 schools are under construction. More than 66,000 children of workers are getting free of cost education (upto Matriculation) in these schools.
67,662 children of workers have been benefited through Post Matric Scholarships schemes. Category-wise rates of scholarships are as under.

Technical and Vocational Training Centres
2 technical institutes and 28 vocational training centers have been established out of WWF. More than 30,000 industrial workers/ their family members have got technical/ vocational training in different fields. WWF has also provided free of cost technical education to more than 11,000 workers/ their family members in collaboration with Skill Development Councils.

Health Sector
84 schemes completed, whereas two schemes are ongoing. More than 1,252,000 workers/ their family members have got treatment from these health schemes.
Additional Schemes
243 schemes of medical & rescue equipments , water supply schemes and miscellaneous schems costing Rs.2391 million have been completed., whereas 12 miscellaneous schemes are ongoing.
Other Welfare Measures

Tricycles (386 No of tricycles have been distributed among disabled workers)

Annual excellence award @ Rs.100,000 to two outstanding workers from each province (48 Nos. awarded)

Grant for earthquake affected industrial worker @ Rs.50,000/- (one time)

Rs. One billion have been donated to the Prime Minister’s Flood Relief Fund.

Food Items (worth Rs.50 Million) have been donated in Sindh Province in 2011.
